Michelle Manhardt began her insurance career in 2000 when she joined a family run Agency, Manhardt-DiLeo Insurance Agency. During her time at her family's Agency she was able to learn and master some of the inner workings of an Insurance Agency. After the sale of her family's agency, Michelle worked for one of top 10 largest Agency's in the country. While working there she further strengthened her knowledge of both Personal Insurance products as well as Commercial Insurance products. Michelle's clients have ranged from individuals to small local businesses to large national sized businesses.



In November of 2006, Michelle joined KRA Insurance Agency, Inc located in Springfield, NJ. Michelle specializes in analyzing personal risks and then creating a personalized insurance program that fits her client's needs in limiting their losses. Homeowners, Automobile, Excess Liability, Recreational Vehicles, Vacation Homes, Jewelry, etc. are among a few of the policies that Michelle writes for her clients.



BNI, is a business networking group that Michelle is deeply involved in. The group is comprised of well established business people who are committed to assisting each other grow their businesses. Michelle has served as her Chapter's Vice President and Membership Committee Chairperson and is a current Membership Committee Member. Michelle is a big believer in furthering her insurance education as it is her clients that reap the benefits. She currently holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. As a CIC, Michelle was also named as one of five national finalists in the National Alliance 2008 "My Video Contest". Outside of the business world, Michelle, her husband Mark, son Ryan and Golden Retriever Jack live in Denville, NJ. Michelle is very involved in raising funds for the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation. This cause is very close to Michelle's heart as her Mother, Linda, is a breast cancer survivor. Michelle is also intimately involved in the North Jersey Alumnae Association of Sigma Sigma Sigma, a National Panhellenic Sorority that raises money to assist its members in furthering their own education as well as raising money for children's play therapy. Michelle has served as an Officer for over 10 years.
