It's My Heart Charity Events for Congenital Heart Defects Jan 16th-18th 2009

Our event was a huge success and we would like to thank all who participated. We look forward to running this again and hope it will be even more successful. We have added some pictures of the events below.

All In One Collectibes will be hosting Charity Tournaments and other events January 16th-18th 2009 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to raise money for Congenital Heart defects in conjunction with "It's My Heart". It’s My Heart is a non-profit organization created to provide support, spread awareness, educate and advocate for those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Defects by creating alliances with fellow families, hospitals, support groups and the community.

Did you Know? Nearly twice as many children die from Congenital Heart Defects in the United States each year as from all forms of childhood cancers combined. Yet funding for pediatric cancer research is 5 times higher than funding for CHD.

Our son Harrison was born with a congenital heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot. When he was just 2 days old he was transferred to the Children's Hospital of New York for heart surgery. He spent the first 49 days of his life in the hospital. He finally came home to us on January 19, 2005. He is now 4 years old and doing great. This event is our way of trying to help.
